Flight of the Eagles

A friend took close to 300 pictures in late January of 2012. I processed the better images in Photoshop, storyboarded and created the sequences set to the music of Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries in Adobe Premiere Pro. Images and audio combine to tell a story of Bald Eagles taking flight to pursue and drive-off Cormorants fishing in their territory along the Wisconsin River.

 

 

I used a Ken Burns style of pan and zoom effects where scale and positions are modified in Premiere Pro timelines to animate the images and bring them to life.
