Facilitate vs. Instruct
Technologies can enhance learning outcomes while facilitating the transition from teacher-centric to student-centered learning in the 21st Century. The following is a format that can be modified for employees in the workplace or academic students. A lecture-based sailing course is transformed with student-to-student interactions and differentiation. Although I cite specific software, any of these can be interchanged with similar functionality.
